Gideon Afolabi

Dr. Gideon Afolabi has spent two decades studying medicinal plants and the healing traditions that built our understanding of them. He founded Herbal Wisdom Reviews to make that knowledge usable: searchable, safe, and free of the noise that surrounds wellness today.

He trained at Cornell University's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, specialising in Medicinal Plants. He is currently completing a PhD in Natural Medicine and Functional Health Management. Before that — and still today — he serves as a pastor.

Every recommendation on this platform is reviewed against the lineage that proved it first — African, Ayurvedic, Chinese, Native American, European, or Unani — and cross-referenced with modern research.
